Data and account requests
Find the correct account, retrieve your data, withdraw connected permissions and request deletion.
What you can do first
- Sign in to the owning Cloud service and check account, billing, files and security settings.
- Export any available websites, database content or account records before requesting closure.
- Revoke external connections and API permissions independently where those controls exist.
- Cancel or reconcile active services and invoices before closing the account.
- If an export, correction, access or deletion option is absent, email privacy@trydataverse.com, naming the Cloud service and the account email.
Safety and timing
We may need to verify control of the account through a secure process. Legal, security, fraud-prevention and transaction records may need to be retained, and some backups may be subject to documented recovery lifecycles. Do not send passwords, recovery codes or identity images in an initial email.
Separate services
Cloud is one of several independent TryDataverse offerings. Removing Cloud data or revoking its access does not automatically erase another product’s records. Follow the other product’s own process.
