Terms of service
The basic rules for evaluating and using TryDataverse Cloud services and their independently priced products.
1. Parties and acceptance
TryDataverse Cloud is operated by Stall Desk Private Limited (Stall Desk Pvt Ltd) · CIN U93290KA2024PTC185924 · Registered office: Flat E702, 7th Floor, Block E, MBR Shangri-La, Kengeri, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560060, India. These terms apply to this site and, together with a product-specific order agreement, to enabled Cloud subscriptions. Review the terms before you register or make a payment.
2. Availability and ordering
Listings and indicative prices do not guarantee capacity, technical features or immediate activation. Only services expressly confirmed available in an accepted order are purchased. If a service is labelled proposed, request availability or coming soon, no purchase entitlement arises from its brochure.
3. Fees, taxes and renewal
Before a charge, your order must identify the service, configuration, currency, term, applicable taxes and total. A displayed monthly-equivalent rate may require multiple months prepaid. Renewal prices and opt-in/renewal behavior are controlled by the written product offer and checkout.
4. Customer responsibilities
Use your own authorized account, protect credentials, maintain lawful rights to uploaded files, domains and databases, and keep independent backups where the product terms require them. Do not send spam, breach others’ privacy, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, attack systems or access resources without permission.
5. Performance, support and maintenance
No universal uptime, disaster-recovery, migration, support-hour or refund promise applies to every category. Any service-level commitment, backup scope, resource limit and recovery target must be set out in the accepted product agreement. Planned integrations cannot be relied on until activated.
6. Suspension and termination
Accounts may be restricted for security risks, unlawful use or material breach, subject to applicable law and contractual safeguards. See the particular plan for cancellation effects, data retrieval and any post-expiry access period.
7. Liability and consumer rights
Each party remains responsible for duties imposed by applicable law. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer protections, statutory privacy rights or legal remedies. Specific contractual limitations, where lawful, must be stated in the product agreement.
