Help & setup
Quick answers for websites, domains, WordPress, servers, email, checkout and account access.
Choose the service before choosing a plan
I want only a basic website. Which service should I open?
Open Website Hosting or the Website Builder category. Compare domain connection, storage, editing access, backups, support scope and whether the exact plan is currently available.
Is WordPress the same as ordinary hosting?
Not necessarily. WordPress plans should specify supported runtime, updates, plugin limitations, backups and migration coverage. A category name alone does not promise managed support.
I need a WooCommerce store. Is payment processing included?
Do not assume it is. Store checkout, payment credentials, taxes and order notifications can require separate activation. Review the dedicated ecommerce service.
What should I check before ordering a VPS?
Operating system, CPU and RAM allocation, storage type, region, IP availability, data-transfer limits, backups, management level, price and renewal conditions. Do not assume a listed server is provisioned automatically.
How do I connect an existing domain?
Check the DNS and nameserver instructions for that specific verified hosting plan. Make a record of current mail and website DNS entries first; change only the intended records.
Is email hosting included with web hosting?
Not unless the plan says so. Verify mailbox count, capacity, domain authentication, incoming/outgoing mail and migration support separately.
Are AI credits or third-party fees included?
Do not assume model usage, API subscriptions or accelerated computing are included. Check service-specific metering and availability.
Why does the monthly price change at checkout?
First-glance pricing can be a per-month equivalent for a longer prepaid term. Verify final term, amount, tax and renewal before payment.
Where are my invoices and service credentials?
Use the relevant product’s authenticated account and order details if those controls are active. For unavailable features, do not send payment or passwords to third parties.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
See the billing and refund policy and the individual accepted product agreement. Keep the original transaction reference.
What if sign-in, provisioning or a migration becomes stuck?
Check the product and account status first, preserve your work and look for a prior job or order result before repeating. Use the product-specific support route if it remains unresolved.
